True as advertised no stains in toilet, which was my concern. Green pee and poo but no stains. I also took an extra vitamin C tablet with the MB capsule just to be sure. Very satisfied with this product. It was shipped and delivered to my mailbox, so check your mailbox if the walmart app says delivered but you don't see it at your front door!
