Ive been taking Force Factor Immunity since about 2021. I've stopped taking/run out of FFI a couple of times and always catch a cold/flu when I do. When I'm taking FFI consistently I very rarely get sick with a cold/flu. Bottle says to take 3 pills a day but I only take one in the morning. Seems to work for me.
