This is a piece of junk! Lid won't go on because the PLASTIC snap-ons are not long enough. The raised toilet itself with the handles does not stay secured at all. Too dangerous to try to use for the elderly. Too bad there's no refunds. I bought it for my senior husband who's getting a new hip put in soon. I'm buying the one for him I used when I had my hip surgeries. I thought this one would be better because it's much more expensive, but it's JUNK!
