This product does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates. If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product. Folinic acid and 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as they can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, these folate sources have not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate.

I really like this product!
I really like this product and have actually been using it for many years. I originally bought it because B vitamins are supposed to help with menopause. It does a great job of keeping my vitamin levels where they should be, according to blood tests. They can be strong smelling and will turn your pee bright yellow so don't be alarmed! I have a very sensitive stomach and have never had a problem with these when I take them with food.

Thorne supplements are known for being high-quality, third-party-tested for dosage and quality, and single-ingredient formulas to enable a personalized supplement routine. This particular B-complex supplement is, I believe, outstanding for people who have taken a methyldetox DNA test which has indicated a recurring need for B-vitamin supplementation. For example, the B-12 used here is the methyl-variety, rather than the cyano-variety.... etc. they are all the highest quality versions of the supplements you need. Light-orange capsules with no unpleasant taste or smell. Highly recommend 👌
