The size was wrong, and I had to return it. All my footwear is a size 12 wide and they all fit well. I ordered this item in a 12W, and it didn't fit. It seemed too tight and a regular width. It appears well made and the Velcro closures are a nice feature. If you are ordering this item and have a wide foot, I would highly recommend that you order them in the EXTRA WIDE option.
