I bought as a replacement
I've already had one for a year. Somehow the quartz tube got a crack and was leaking. I looked all over for just the tube and I finally found it but was a huge % of the whole kit. So I just bought the whole kit. I'm still not sure if I somehow broke it or if it failed but either way it's fixed now.

No more Coliform
I found out that my water had coliform levels that were higher than the safety limit. I looked around online and quickly learned a UV bulb could do the trick of removing coliform. Post-installation, I re-tested my water and I guess the coliform levels were so low it didn't even come up in the test. It did exactly what I needed it do! It's a great product.

Met all my Expectations
The Product was shipped exactly as expected. Everything went smoothly, just go slowly through installation if you're unsure about something. Provided in the packaging is a number you can call for any kind of help. It turns out I didn't need to use it, but I imagine some would. In any case I appreciated the care.
