This really is just a classic boot that you can wear for years to come. The softness of the interior is enhanced by the shaft's leather lining. While the cushion insole delivers comfort with each step, the Flex forepart allows these Durango® Boots to have a great deal of flexibility. Plus, there are taped side seams to prevent the interior stitching from bothering your legs. The 1 ¾-inch heel allows you to have a steady stride. Best boots ever!
I went with other reviewers recommending to size down. Athletic shoes I normally wear an 8 1/2 so I went with an 8 in the boots. They fit great. Snug midfoot to the toe, and very sturdy. Great to dress up or down. I wear a slightly heavier sock with them but I think as my feet swell a touch I could wear just a normal sock. I thought the heel felt like it was a bit big when tried them on but after wearing them they fit perfect! So glad I found these!!

Wonderful boot BUT runs LARGE
I got these boots a a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them, but THEY RUN AT LEAST ONE SIZE LARGE. I normally wear an 8.5-9 in boots, with borderline narrow feet, and my heel was flopping even in the 8. I ended up getting a 7.5 in these and they fit great. I wear them every day, walking miles some days, no problems at all. Great support, and fantastic quality for a very affordable price point.
