Oroweat Superior Keto Seeded Bread, 20 oz, 2g Net Carbs Seeded Low Carb Bread, Bag

I do a keto diet, ( very low carbs ) and this fits that bill... not many breads can make that claim. The slices are moderate size, 20 per loaf, and good taste and texture but nothing really "impressive". The best virtue of this bread is the low carb content, which enables 1 or 2 sandwiches per day without crashing a keto diet. Two "net" grams of carbs per slice, 4 per sandwich... The unseeded version of this bread is even better, one "net" gram of carbs per slice. / two per sandwich. This is a regular on my shopping list these days, so I can have a tuna sandwich each day, sometimes two.

We have found that when toasted it rivals non keto bread for burgers. I have used slices for grilled cheese after toasting it first. It's also a good garlic bread Other keto breads taste like a sponge, but not this brand!
