I have been very pleased with the toilet seat. I like the arms because it enables me to stand up and sit down without falling. It is dirty. It is easy to keep clean. It has been a lifesaver. I was going to order from Amazon, but it was cheaper it from Walmart and it's just as good or maybe the same you can adjust the height which makes it nice so the tree touches the ground, but touches the floor not the ground. Thank you.
