Methyl Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid or (6S)-5-MTHF) is the most biologically active form of folic acid. Quatrefolic® is the 4th generation development in folate delivery. With certain inherited errors in metabolism and under a variety of physiologic stresses; the transformation of folic acid into the active form of folate either does not properly take place or is inadequate.* Unlike folic acid; 5-MTHF can cross the blood-brain barrier.*

Excellent!

Good quality
if you are taking this or thinking of taking this it's probably because you have MTFHR mutations. This really helps. I tend to buy a different brand these days but that's only because of price. These are very good quality and I was very happy with them.

Wonderful
I am taking this for several months. I find it very useful in strengthening my memory power. I am quite forgetful after I reached the age of 50. I search in the Internet for supplement that can help. And this kind of vitamin really helps a lot. It is the best supplement I have ever had in this area. I will recommend it to any of my friend who find it hard to remember things.
