Hoping for better quality

This is my 3rd pair of Winny sneakers. I bought this last pair because the 2 other pair have come apart at the seems. I'm hoping for better quality. I've tried to contact service via email and Instagram but have not gotten any response. So I'm hoping that these will better quality or this will be the last time I order Vionic shoes.

I got these as a gift for my wife who has been battling plantar fasciitis for a while now. She loved the look of the shoe and how it looks like a regular sneaker but is actually a slip on.
