At the first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 4 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard dosage: Adults and children 4 years and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 4, consult your health professional. Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.

Excellent!
Blown away by how much this product helps with painful periods. I have suffered from terrible menstrual symptoms my whole life. Tried everything from surgery to NSAIDs with no relief. These have made my period manageable and almost pain free. I still have slight discomfort, but at least I'm not lying in bed in agony and or vomiting all over the place! The ingredient quality is top shelf. Highly recommend!

They Work! Fast!
I was really impressed with these I get terrible menstrual cramps and they took the edge off to where I was way more functional during the worst days of my cycle... I found them to be a unique blend of ingredients that I had not seen before I will definitely be putting these on my regular ordering schedule!
