Scam Company

1. They sent us the wrong color 2. There is a piece to the drawer missing (they sent us two ā€œ10'sā€ rather than a 10 and an 11) rendering it useless and unable to be built 3. I reached out to the company and I believe it is an AI bot responding. They said they would resend the piece. Then asked for a tracking number and they said the shipment was lost. Asked for another shipment and a tracking number. Ghosted. Sent another email requesting a refund, got the exact same AI email response from my initial email.
