Replaced a non-backlit keyboard with this unit. Super easy to do yourself after watching one of the videos on YouTube. Nice addition to your laptop, especially if you work in low-light environments.

New, Genuine Dell as advertised? Really???

Installed on Dell e6420. Result = bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb key stuck down. Uninstalled TechOrbits -> orig keyboard = fine. REinstalled TechOrbits keyboard = same bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb repeat without even touching. Swapped 4 more times. Waste of my $$ --- throwaway item
