First, this came in under 24 hours- the delivery process was easy and seamless. To be honest, the shape is unique, but it really allows the pillow to get right into the pain points on my neck and cradle my head while I'm sleeping. I'm thrilled that I can use my existing pillowcase so nothing extra needed! I love that it stays cool through the pillowcase, and I'm comfortable all night. I hate being hot at night!! Also, it's so easy to wash - just pop off the cover and toss in the machine! When I make my bed each morning, I give the pillow a quick fluff and I'm good to go for another great night's sleep!
