Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Fiber & Protein 3 Flavor Variety Pack, Individual Packets, 32 Count

The flavors are pretty bland, and every time I ate this for breakfast I had crazy gas by the time the afternoon came, which doesn't work in an office setting and have to run to the bathroom every 2 min. For me the side effect isn't worth the protein and fiber. I wouldn't recommend unless you work from home and like deflating like a balloon
