Nice features, but shorter height than anticipated

I like several of the features of this chair, including the massage settings. My only disappointment is that the height is about an inch shorter than the website suggests. This makes it lower than other office chairs I have used. I checked with Aosom, and it appears that the assembly is correct. Unfortunately, they offered no solution to increase the height. Be sure to make sure that the maximum height is sufficient for your needs.
