This was horrible ! My daughter wears a size 2 %26 it was too small. What's worse Walmart wouldn't accept a return b/c it was fm a 3rd party. When I ordered it, I didn't know that it was 3rd party. Overseas orders aren't resized to American sizes. They don't know how to exchange sizes. DONT ORDER fm this guy or Walmart!
