I had not had a mouth guard in years because I almost always spit them out or if I am lucky chew holes in them. The price is great for two of these! And they stay in my mouth. The molding worked perfect 2nd time. I did mine a little longer. Either they have improved over the years or this one is just really good and not expensive. And I am a very aggressive grinder. I had only been wearing it for about a week. But I like it! Even if I chew them it's much cheaper than a custom one.
