I first purchased this for my wife, who had calf cramps at night all the time. It worked good. then I tried it at night for my knee and leg pain. It works great for that too. I have even used it on my forehead at night for headaches. Works great on that too.

If you get cramps in your legs you will be happy to know this product works! In just a few minutes the cramp starts to lessen and not much later goes away if you follow directions and apply the 2nd coat. Let it dry between coats. It dries fairly quick if left open to air. It's been something I always keep on hand.
