Best CSR I've spoke to in a while!

This Polo brand Walmart offers is very nice. I haven't washed anything yet but I hope it washes as good as it looks. I ordered several items for my husband's birthday. The delivery date was for the 28th which is 2 days before hubby's bday but then I got an updated delivery date of 10/5!!! So naturally I started a chat to see if I could or Walmart could do anything to get it back to the original delivery date. The CSR was great. She started out so kind and I decided no matter what the outcome I was going to be happy and it was all because of the way the CSR started the chat. Long story short the CSR asked me to chat back on the 28th if my package didn't arrive and she gave me a $25 gift card. Checked this morning and my package is out for delivery!!! So as of rn my husband will have his gifts on his bday!! So a huge thank you to Jazelle for making this customer happy!
