Does the job for spare room

Bought this for a spare room / office to have something available for guests. Good for small spaces - we required a full size width pull out %26 everything we found online was too small (twin) or much too big. Was very hesitant with lack of reviews but item was fulfilled by Walmart directly so that gave us some piece of mind. Assembly was OK. The directions were of zero help %26 husband watched a video which was just a smidge more helpful. Luckily he's a very handy guy so he got it all together. He did need a drill as some of the holes were not pre-drilled. Couch comfort? It's alright. Certainly not something I find cozy; it's very firm. The small table seems a bit obnoxious %26 it's the table OR the cup holder, not both on one side. For the purpose of having in our spare bedroom/office, it's fine. The room is small %26 we didn't want it to take up a ton of room. Also opted against murphy style console/credenzas so that we had seating in the room. Bed operation %26 comfort? It pulls out easily but the mechanism is a bit wobbly; definitely cheaper materials (you get what you pay for). Adding a foam topper helps with the comfort for sleeping. It's definitely SHORT for a bed so if you have very tall people, beware. (Husband is 6'2" %26 feet do hang off). However, I'm not too dismayed as my intent was only for short term guest use. I would not recommend this item for a primary couch or regular use. Just not sure how well it will hold up. But for our use case, I think this will last us at least a few years.

holes are not pre drilled. Now I have to hire help

I am still assembling it. The holes are not predrilled for the 4 black wheels. They should have been pre-drilled. Now I have to buy a drill and hire someone to drill holes instead of just screwing the wheels on. In the video and on the instructions, it does not say to drill holes. I have e-mailed the company, no response. I recommend you hire someone to put it together.
