Love the feel

I just rolled this out and am in love already. I was worried what color arrived because the carpet was rolled with the backing exposed and had a lot of red to it but it was supposed to be blue. I didn't tell my daughter anything about this rug that was coming. She saw it when she came out of the video gaming room. When she came upstairs her first comment was how soft it was. Now it is NOT the softest carpet area rug out there. The other rugs I have owned in the past were either a lower loop density or shorter compact pile. We have never had one where your foot sank into it and you knew you were still standing on carpet. The design is really nice too. Love it! As for the edging I will always prefer the nice tight edging on rugs like this. When you get fringes it comes a major issue with a vacuum beater bar getting stuck. Can't wait to put it in the right room!
