This product really does work, but I'm sure there's other products that work just as well for a fraction of the price. It is a little annoying that the gummy‘s do tend to get all stuck together towards the bottom of the bottle, but they do taste delicious and they're really convenient and you only need two for a dose each day. I did notice that my hair and nails grow much longer and stronger, but I am going to test out a cheaper option because I think it's just a little crazy spending this much on Gummies in today's economy.
