Love love it! I put in after a shower and before I go to bed. I wake up with soft wonderful hair. I didn't know I could have less tangled hair. I have thick hair so brushing it wet was a no no. Now I can easily brush it wet with this product and then the next morning I wake up with less tangles then I normally would without this product. I almost use nightly and it's safe for dyed hair.
