Essential daily supplement
I've taken various things to help with CFS/ME and this is the only one that I can say had a noticeable effect within a couple of weeks. Clearer thinking and a boost to energy. Trustworthy company and a high-quality product. I'll be using this for a long time to come!

Clear benefits
I have been taking 1/2 a teaspoon daily for over a year now. A noticeable benefit within a few weeks of taking this was that my head / mind feels clear (less brain fog) so would fully recommend. Its a daily staple for me and I wouldn't be without it. It tastes fine - and you get used to it.

Tasty energy boost
I take it every day in the morning with their balance oil and it helps me with energy. I've also noticed it stabilizes my hunger early in the day. I like the taste, also whn mixed with oils. Quite pricey but worth it if anyone has problems with their mental fog or lack of energy.
