Whether you prefer gentle or very firm neck support while you sleep, the Air-Core Adjustable Pillow can easily accommodate your support preference. This pillow is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders. This pillow is designed with the same features of our popular Tri-Core Cervical Support Pillow with the addition of an inflatable neck roll for convenient adjustability. An inflatable neck roll is built into one of the cervical lobes for customized support. The pillow's shaped center gently cradles the head for better sleep when lying on the back. When sleeping on your side, the raised side panels will help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine. If you are new to sleeping on a cervical pillow, the Air-Core may help reduce the time it takes for your body to adjust to its new sleeping posture. Carefully follow the instructions included in the package for a step-by-step explanation on how to adjust to sleeping on your new pillow. It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse can actually increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow achieve the best results. I've used these pillows for years, so this was a new replacement for my old one. It is perfect and I am pleased. Perfect for my neck, I have little pain because of it. It is firm and supportive and the little air pump works well.

great help for neck problems
This pillow has helped me to see my chiropractor less. The adjustability of it is awesome! I would highly recommend it for anyone with serious neck problems. I have found that it works best if you pump it up firmly, then lay down and slowly allow air out until it feels comfortable. Works like a charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Should have bought it months ago, my neck would have been much happier. This is my second one. I tried other pillows since then and none are the same. This gives me the support I need as well as the comfort at the correct angle to get a good nights sleep.
