Horrible Homrest Customer Service
The set is a great buy but if you require assistance from Homrest customer service, good luck! Some cushions were stained when received. I contacted customer service through email since there is no other contact method. They do not respond to emails and I sent 4 to 5 email followups. If it weren't for customer service I would have given 5 stars. Now we are stuck with stained cushions that arrived that way out of the box. We should have returned them but it was too much of a hassle so we tried contacting them first.
