I've used this in the past and it help my baby with some sleepless nights, having stuffy nose and can't sleep this really did it's thing in getting us both some rest. I directly put some of the vapo drops on the bed put her receiving blanket over it (I got the night one as well) I've done it in the bath but she have sensitive skin so I decided to use it directly on the bed.
