The KIND bar consists of almonds and cashews (61% of the bar) held together with a small amount of mint-flavored dark chocolate. The bar is low sodium, dairy free, has no GMO ingredients and provides 5 grams of protein with only 5 grams of sugar. It is a satisfying snack because the crunchy nuts take enough chewing so that you feel you have really eaten something.

delicious healthy snack.

so yummy! it's the perfect healthy snack for when you need a quick thing to put in your system. sometimes healthy alternatives can be nasty. but this one is sure to make your body and your tastebuds happy! Pretty inexpensive and easy to keep a part of your pantry. Stays viable for months so if you're anything like me and accidentally leave it in the back of your pantry, it's still good! lol
