The talking digital alarm desk clock has a host of features. It has 4 alarms settings; one daily alarm and 3 future reminder alarms. The future alarms can also be set as daily alarms. You have a choice of setting the sound as rooster or as melodies. There are 15 melodies to choose from and they also have 4 tempo settings. The clock displays the day of the week, time and temperature and an entire month of calendar with days and the week. At the back of the clock there is a large and easy to reach push button. Upon pressing the button you will hear the voice announcement of the time of the day and the ambient temperature. This is a convenient talking feature for the visually impaired. The clock also included a 200 year calendar featuring from January 1901 to December 2099. You can find out the day of the week of the past and also the future of a certain date. The clock can be set to either Fahrenheit or Celsius setting and it can display temperature from -9 to 59 degrees on Celsius or from 16 to 138 degrees on Fahrenheit. There are two snooze settings. In the off position the alarm sounds for 1 minute and in the on position the alarm repeats two more times after the first one with a 4-minute lapse time. Set with your slide button. There are no electrical cords to worry about as the clock is battery operated and functions on two AA batteries (not included). The clock can be used either with the stand provided or without the stand. It measures about 6 inches wide and 5.25 inches tall with its stand and 3.25 inches without the stand. The stand is a slide in or out stand and is easy to install or remove. The color of the clock is Beige.
