Ship/Arrival Date Was Not Correct...

I ordered this for an employee holiday party and shipping said it would be here in time. It did not arrive even close to the date indicated, in fact, it did not arrive for an additional 3 more days. The item is perfect, that is why I purchased it, however the shipping factor is indicative of the rating. Super disappointed that the item did not arrive in time.
