Product Maintenance and Precautions
1. During PV panel cleaning, operators should wear appropriate work clothes, insulated gloves, slip-resistant insulated shoes, and hats to avoid cuts from the sharp edges of the module frames and mounting structures, and to prevent electric shock risks.
2. Before cleaning, always check the component connections and related parts for damage or adhesion. Use a test pen to check the module's aluminum frame, mounting structure, and glass surface for potential leakage hazards. Avoid cleaning during high-temperature or strong sunlight conditions to prevent electric shock risks or damage to the components.
3. It is strictly prohibited to clean PV modules under conditions of strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or snow. Avoid rinsing during winter to prevent ice formation; similarly, do not spray cold water on hot panels.
4. Do not use hard, sharp tools, or corrosive/alkaline solvents to wipe PV modules. The impact pressure of cleaning equipment on the modules must be controlled within a certain range to avoid micro-cracks caused by improper force. Additionally, stepping on PV modules, rail supports, and other system equipment is prohibited.
5. When working on roofs or similar elevated areas, do not stand within 1 meter of the roof edge. Do not throw tools or debris downwards; all items should be taken away after the task is completed.
