Possible fixes

It's really fun looking and seems to be good quality. It claims that it's adjustable and should be but it's not. The hat is quite large and the legs are too top heavy so they don't stand straight up like they show in the picture they flopped to the back, but they will be fun for one time. Won't be comfortable to wear with non adjustable hat and stuffing in legs on elf isn't enuf to keep them standing. If you stand it along on a table it's like picture but not on head.
