Warm fleece, but runs really small!

Runs very small! Order at least one size, if not two, up! I ordered a size 8 for my 8yr old daughter who is 53" tall and 50 lbs. I will be returning the size 8 and exchanging for a size 12. Other than sizing, it's a decent dress coverup for the price! Feels like it would be warm! It's made from 100% polyester. It's a polyester fleece on the outside and it has a polyester satin-like lining in the body portion ( sleeves are unlined inside). It also has a detachable flower pin.
