The laptop is fine. this computer works good for an off brand. However, i bought this for my daughter to use for school work and its advertised as having windows 11 programming, bjt thats not true. she tried to download her school app to do lessons and the computer says we have windows 10 and therefore, the laptop is not compatible with the newer apps that require windows 11. False advertisement! that was the main reason i purchased. the money for the wondows programming is what i wanted. They cheated us. Wverything else about the laptop is fine, battery, keyboard, screen. everything functions correctly.

Major win update issues - too small EFI partition

Windows update errors due to under sizes EFI partition. Had to delete the 4 large Chinese, Korean, Japanese boot fonts to allow major OS updates to complete. If your a non-IT person - I would not recommend this product. If you run into this issue: "We couldn't update system reserved partition" - see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/-we-couldn-t-update-system-reserved-partition-error-installing-windows-10-46865f3f-37bb-4c51-c69f-07271b6672ac (win10 GPT partition steps).
