This was my first time buying this brand. It does run small, so I had to size up to an xl. I normally wear a medium to xlarge in blouses. I can probably go up one more size, but then it might be too big. There is still a little retricting when I cross my arms, but it isnt not uncomfortable. I have a 39 chest, 34 waist and 39 hip. weigh 157lbs. Hope this helps you make a good decision when purchasing. Also I paid $8.35 now it is $5.85.
