You need this vitamin to stay alive. When it gets below 75%, yo get ill. If it drops below 25%, you die. It has kept me alive with my heart transplant for over 13 years past the date the doctors gave me to die, 5 years from 3/4/07, because I have CAV (coronary allograph vasculopathy). Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support is an excellent formulation (Ubiquinol and Shilajit fulvic acid) that I was already famiiar with via another company. I purchased as I was having severe headaches due to a serious reaction from a drug and this has truly helped me. I heard Dr. David Sinclair of Harvard say that we need to take CoQ10, Shilajit and PQQ (for Mitochondrial Biogenesis) at night for enhanced mitochondrial function and I have and use that one also per Life Extension which I was introduced to about 3 years ago. As we age we need more CoQ10 for Mitochondrial support and this one is perfect. I like the company, Life Extension also as they seem to be a company with integrity which is a rare commodity in the world of supplementation.
