Great table, but so great customer service

Table top is a little warped due to being pulled where the legs are screwed to the table top and one of the legs had a chip taken out of it, luckily once put together you don't notice it the chunk that is missing. I contacted customer service about the warped table and they made it difficult asking for another email with additional pictures (this happened twice). I ultimately gave up and decided to keep the table as-is after the pictures they were requesting required me to dissemble the table to get the photos they were asking for. Overall we like the table and deal with the warp, but it would have been nice for the seller to have just sent us a new set of legs.
