Missing labels

The Avery Labels are good. The problem is I purchased a 2 pack of 54 labels in each pack. I should have received 2 packages of 54 labels in each package. Total 108 labels. I was sent only 1 package of 54 labels. I am missing one whole package of 54 labels.
