Way small and shirt-like vs jacket

I wear a 2 XL (tall). I ordered 3XL. I'm 6'4” 275. I could barely put it on it was so small. I ordered a 3XL and likely needed a 5XL. The material isn't bad but think flannel shirt vs corduroy jacket. It was more for an ugly sweater look but couldn't make it work.
