Style & Co. Womens Venesa Faux Leather Knee-High Riding Boots

The boots are nice. But the packaging was awful. I got these as a gift for my Mother and as she opened the packaging and the box showed, i was embarrassed. The box was crushed, clearly used probably many times, certainly not a new box. and the inside was just as bad. i attached pictures. when youre selling an item, you should assume it may be gifted and make a better impression.
