No clue what some people are talking about...

I've seen folks claim the model is underpowered and that it flies poorly and I honestly have no clue how they arrived at that conclusion. I think people need to keep in mind that this is modeled after an aircraft that cruised at Mach 3.2 (2400+ mph) and as such it needs to fly at speed to perform. The required 4s power gets it on step quickly and it definitely rips around. I think some folks have false expectations thinking it would fly like a 1.2m T-28 or a Timber. That, it is not. All in all I think they have delivered on this model what one should expect from this type of airframe.

Fantastic!

I'm surprised at the underpowered comments here as this has definitely not been my experience. Why even attempt on 3s since its a 4s aircraft-especially at 3k ft? Thanks E-flite for bringing such a cool and innovative product to market at an approachable price point!

almost too good looking to go and fly it

This is one amazing model, in my mind almost too good looking to go and fly it. I call it a giant flat foamy since it's so flat and the box it came in (which is also very flat) is also a good carrying/ transport box to protect the plane from getting hangar rash. The red tail fins also really does help in orientation which I plan on using most of the time unless there's another black bird then I'll change it up to tell who is who. The SAFE hand launch assist really does help getting it airborne. The biggest weakness of the model that I've found is the landing gear as I already broke the main gear connection off twice taking off and landing in grass. So either make it as a hand launch only plane as I did or make sure that you have a giant paved runway. Even with the option of a paved runway, I'm going to opt for the hand launch/ grass landing as it will save the paint job underneath the model along with not risking of breaking off the main gear connection again.
