I had been trying to figure out how I was going to use my auction TV on a table as it had no stand. Then this one came up in a search. The assembly process was well directed by the instructions. The kit contained a multitude of different screws for different mount systems on various TVs. It only took me a few minutes and a phillips screwdriver to assemble this mount and attach it to my TV. I feel that it is very sturdy and surprisingly stable. I would not say that a baby would not tip the TV over, but it would be difficult. It also included a set of foam pads (photo of the remnant foam after installing it on the legs included below). I did note that the instructions were very adamant about the minimum width between mounting points is eight (8) inches. They do mention an adapter plate that can be purchased separately so that the spacing between the legs is enough to be safe.

We bought this tv tabletop stand for our son who will be moving into an apartment this summer. All of the parts are there, and all parts are very sturdy. This isn't our first one purchasing, so we know what to look for. I would recommend this stand.
