I'm 5'7”, 200 lbs. and am over 60 yrs. old. I walk on pavement 2 to 5 miles a day for fitness and am in good shape. Walking is hard on my knees and my feet, but the extra heel and sole padding on these Zignition shoes give my knees and feet the comfort and protection I've never had before! I chose the red and it is a very deep red shade that is amazing. The lightweight material on the top of the shoes is very breatheable and comfortable. Fantastic for looks and comfort.
