I purchased the towel set online in the 14 th of November and it gave me a delivery date for the 27th and i accepted it because I needed it. Today the 2nd of December i have still ot received it. I proceeded to call customer service only to be told that the order got lost in transit so the money will be refunded within 10 days. No text messages, no emails to say anything as it relates to my order. i must say im extremely disappointed with the kind of service you provide and it a really big turn off for me. So for me your not even worth being rated
