A scientist at a nearby university who does research on supplements that are helpful for maintaining cognitive function takes these. I'm with her! I am hitting the 90 percentile on tests of cognitive function (as good as or better than 90 % of the population).

Boosts brain power
When I began taking phosphatidylserine I was having trouble coming up with words, felt foggy headed and tired. I immediately noticed a big difference. I am clear headed, my thought processes are good and I am not as tired. This is exactly why my doctor told me to take it. I started taking two per day and now I usually take one per day. It has made a difference in my life. I have taken it for about 3-4 years. If I forget to take it for a couple of days I can tell. Great product!
