For the recommended amount, I think it's a bit too sweet, but the good thing is that is easily adjusted. I've been ordering this awhile now, and whether it's shipped or delivered from the store with the rest of my order, the packaging has always been in good shape. It's very much what I was looking for in a chai tea concentrate, and the fact it's non gmo is definitely a plus. I highly recommend y'all try it- with milk or just with water, it's an excellent beverage.

This is the first time I used this product. It was really good. It is concentrated so you only need a half cup or less and then add milk. Tastes really good and can be made quickly in the microwave.
