First and foremost, the customer service is terrible. I ordered the beige rocking chair, however when it arrived it was yellow. I contacted customer service for an exchange and at first I just wanted to give me $39. after going back-and-forth with them they agreed to giving me $150 back. However, I was not happy with the product. The color is terrible. It does not look beige at all. It is literally yellow. I showed them a side-by-side picture of what they're advertising and what actually arrived. They had the audacity to tell me that I took the picture in “yellow lighting”. Very disappointed with the product.
