The product was just as advertised! I replaced the heater control on my 2002 ford escape with the knob provided in this kit. You can't tell which is the replacement from the original knobs the car came equipped with.

Worked Perfectly for 1999 Ford F150

One of these knobs fit the AC/heater module in my 1999 F150 perfectly. I can finally control my AC--now I just have to get it serviced so I can actually have cold air. Good price. Average transit time for delivery (about 5 days).
